Tom Fife brings more than 30 years of industrial accounting experience to your business, as well as work with small business entrepreneurs and non profit organizations. Tom's management experience includes accounting assignments in the vegetable canning, poultry processing, ice manufacturing/ distribution, and cold storage warehousing industries.
In addition, Tom has financial and cost accounting experience in the pump replacement parts, foundry and machining, nickel alloys, window treatments and specialized job order design, manufacturer and installation fields.
As a former Controller of manufacturing operations, Tom Fife is hands-on, whether he's working with brick and mortar clients, entrepreneurs just starting a business or launching a product, or he's assisting in the expansion of a web enterprise. He also enjoys working with inventors.
Tom is not a desk guy; he's "out on the floor," taking an active role in helping Management understand the origin and destination of each dollar - the ongoing equation that's necessary to monitor to stay ahead in today's tough economy.
Tom is used to working with attorneys and CPAs, as well as marketing and sales managers in assessing the true position and condition of a business, and maximizing its cash flow. He goes beyong the spreadsheets to help top Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and Vice Presidents (VPs) get a crystal clear picture of their business' strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
